Quick Update

I always thought that memorial sites were kind of a weird idea. I am not sure why I started doing this tonight. I was looking through an old notebook that she left, reading through her notes, and I decided it might be a good idea to have a digital copy. One thing led to another and I decided to create a website with this stuff. I think it will be fun. I don't expect heavy traffic or to make money off the ads or anything like that.
As I started on this, I began to think about my son and how much Mom would have loved him. He is 3 years old now, and with him growing up in a digital world, there may still be a way for him to get to know her, to see what kind of woman she was, to hear a funny story about her and to feel her love. I know that he is young right now and won't understand anything, but there are others right now, nieces, nephews, cousins, who she did meet in life and loved very much, but they may be too young to remember her very well.
I will be making new posts from time to time. I expect to do quite a few here in the start-up process with weekly or biweekly updates in the future. I also want this to be an interactive experience and invite everyone to join in on discussions and so on.
Also, if you have lost a loved one, other than Tammy, feel free to ask me if you can do a guest post, who it is about, and I will give you instructions on what to do. Since the site is dedicated to Tammy Fuson, I would prefer that this would be someone she made a connection with in life, such as a friend or relative. It is not limited to this but it is a suggestion and I must approve all candidate posts before they will be published.
Even if you did not know Tammy and found this site by chance and can relate to anything on here, please feel free to leave a friendly comment anytime. For now this is a public website, but if any abuse occurs, I will make it private.
Thanks,
Billy
